Moses

I was thinking about Moses today, especially about his anger issue, which he never fully delt with. Its not a matter of being king and ruler over these charcter flaws, but its about God's ability to help you resist the temptation of "going there".

1 Corinthians 10;13 - No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.

Moses had an issue with shooting off, wich has it happens was the very thing that kept him from experiencing the fullness of God's promise to his people.
So don't allow yourself to let reacurring sins go under the rug, just as Moses did when he killed the Egyptian -

Exodus 3; 12 - So he (Moses) looked this way and that, and when he saw there was no-one around, he struck down the Egyptian and hit him in the sand.

Those flaws will find a way of coming back and back again and again. And if not delt with, it may come to you at the most inopportune time.
